Township is a free simulator game that puts you in control of a small city that is in need of leadership.

If you have been hunting for a new simulator game that you can play on your smartphone or tablet, then you should take a closer look at Township. This free city building game has all of the traditional features that make simulator games fun as well as a few unique twists. You start the game with nothing more than a handful of buildings and a few residents, but your town will quickly begin to grow as you take control of the finances and logistics.

Just like many other city building games, Township starts you off with a small tract of land and very few resources. As you progress, your residents will collect more resources, and that is going to unlock a variety of new features and buildings. In order for your town to be successful, you must carefully manage your residents, cash flow, expenditures, and base resources. Mismanaging your town could result in a wide variety of problems ranging from a stagnating population to overwhelming traffic jams.

Once you have gotten used to managing your city, you can then invite your friends to play alongside you in the co-op mode. In that mode, you will be able to trade resources, send gifts, or even compete against other towns. While this game doesn’t have any cutting-edge features, it is a great option for those who want to play a town builder on their mobile devices.
